Improvements of the cheese board washing machine. Starting in spring 2010, the standard MP2 will:

• be delivered with a rotary brush for the cheese board edges
• not require additional tools in order to remove the brushes

Significantly faster than a high pres-sure cleaner, the MP2 machine is also more ergonomic

 

The operator’s back remains straight while introducing the boards into the machine.

Water saving thanks to washing water recirculation.

Efficient rinsing with fresh water.
